Group Marketing Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Group Marketing Manager to join the D3 Collective team with a focus on our restaurants Engel and Jang in The Royal Exchange, plus Pillar Hall, our new venue opening in Olympia London in early 2026.
THE JOB
This role will span all areas of marketing, working in collaboration with the senior D3 team in addition to a number of external resources including social media consultants and PR agencies.
We are keen to bring someone in who lives and breathes hospitality and is immersed in the London restaurant and bar scene. Someone with experience in executing impactful restaurant launches is a must.
We need an individual who can have eyes on the full marketing mix, from the nuts and bolts of a pre-launch critical path to brainstorming creative and partnership ideas with the team.
The ideal candidate will also be detail focused in putting together marketing reports and communicating all updates with the landlords, external PR, digital and social media partners.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
● Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant/hospitality environment (agency-side or in-house), ideally with high-impact launches included.
● Solid understanding of digital marketing, working with partners on ad campaigns but also being comfortable directly using CMS (WordPress) with optimised SEO practises and basic CRM platforms.
● Affinity with Canva for creation of both internal and external documents.
● Experience with booking platforms is a must, if these are OpenTable and SevenRooms that would be beneficial but not essential as full training can be provided.
● Understanding of the restaurant industry’s digital ecosystem and how that drives awareness and revenue, inclusive of third party marketing platforms eg Google Maps, TripAdvisor.
● Experience in managing external PR and social media partners and acting as liaison between these parties and internal stakeholders.
● Ability to work autonomously, but also in partnership with the wider team ie the D3 Business Development Manager on grassroots marketing, plus being comfortable reporting into senior stakeholders.
● A highly-organised self-starter who can plan out and execute a marketing initiative from beginning to end.
● Love of the bar and restaurant industries, with an eye on trends and a good grasp of the marketplace.
WHAT WE OFFER
● A highly-competitive salary
● The opportunity to join a growing business in its early stages
● Scope for quick progression
